Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing NimaJadval magazine and related products from Nima Entertainment.

Digital Products

Digital magazines, downloadable crossword puzzles, PDFs, and other digital content are generally non-refundable once:

  • Access has been granted;
  • Download has begun; or
  • The product has been delivered electronically.

Exceptions may be made in cases of:

  • Duplicate purchases;
  • Technical issues preventing access;
  • Incorrect product delivery.

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Print Magazine Orders

We want every customer to receive their NimaJadval magazine in excellent condition.

You may request a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged;
  • The item is defective;
  • The wrong product was shipped;
  • The shipment is lost and confirmed undelivered.

Claims should be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Supporting photographs may be requested for damaged items.

Subscription Orders

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the subscription period has started.

Customers may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date.

Cancellation does not affect magazines already delivered or currently in production.

Shipping Issues

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • Postal delays;
  • Customs processing;
  • Weather conditions;
  • Carrier disruptions.

Nima Entertainment is not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
